Happy Poetry Saturday.

I’m a lover of trees.  I haven’t me a tree I didn’t like.

Today’s poem is one of my own.

Palm trees   By Danie WeaverIMG_0953

Palm trees grow in clusters
They always have a friend
Someone just as them
When the wind blows
They look like
They are dancing
Swaying to the music
Of the breeze
One palm tree
Must be lonely
Nobody to dance
With.

Genesis 2:9 The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

TTFN and God Bless you and Keep you.
