Trees are beautiful creatures

Trees are beautiful creatures

Lush and green

Ripe in the spring

With cherry blossoms

And sweet magnolias gems

Standing strong and tall

Trees are beautiful creatures

Until it’s dark and rainy

Wind whipping

They are a stationary

Monster trying to

Break free of their roots

Hurling their leaves back and forth

Trees are beautiful creatures

Nymphs and Ents

That dance in the summer

They skip on the breeze

Listen carefully

Treebeard’s voice gently fills the air

Reading the Lady of Shallot

Trees are beautiful creatures

In autumn

An explosion of warm colors

Maples and sycamores like

A peacock with beautiful plumage

Their leaves are a spectacle

In fire colors

Trees are beautiful creatures

In the dead of winter

When the cold wind causes

The leaves to fall and dry up

They the trees stand

Stark and naked

Reaching for the sun

Hoping warmth refills

The scaly leaves for spring.

Psalm 95:6-7 Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker, for he is our God. We are the people he watches over, the flock under his care. If only you would listen to his voice today!

TTFN and God Bless and keep you:)
